This is the Chocolate & Mint Macaroons we made for an event. :)
Which do you think would be better? A paler color or a deep color?
This time, our baker Leslie decided to go for a deeper look and more intense taste to create the macaroons that would really mintify and lighten a day of hard work in the office.
FYI: Macaroons are usually ordered with Creme Brulee as we don't like wasting food.
Macaroons uses only egg whites and Creme Brulee uses only egg yolks.
Which explains the logic right?
Macaroons are available in our dessert table :)
