My mom detest overly sweet stuff, and to be able to hear her say, Very Nice, means its really Very Nice!
Ate only 1 slice and everything was gone within the blink of an eye!

First time making big tarts and its amazing i tell you. Quite Dummy Proof except the part where you have to transfer the dough into tart tray!
Homemade cream cheese with reduced sugar.
Basically a really healthy fruit tart !! :)
You can even get the Tart Tray from Daiso for $2.00!
-works just fine! just remember coat with a layer of butter just in case

{Recipe for Berries & Cheese Tart}- Makes 2 Medium tarts
-You can have a choice of not using an Electric Mixer too!- Less washing up! :P
Tart Ingredients
200g ............Plain Flour
80g .............Icing Sugar
50g .............Extra Fine Ground Almond
120g ............Butter - Make sure its cold!1 ...............Egg Yolk
1 tablespoon ....Milk
Methods
1. Sift flour and icing sugar into bowl
2. Stir in almonds
3. Add in butter and rub into mixture (final outcome to look like breadcrumbs)
4. Add egg yolk and milk, mix till the dough binds together - Do not overmix!
5. Clingwrap it and chill for 30 minutes
6. Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius
7. Roll out dough and line tray with rolled dough
8. Prick the base with a fork - prick a few times yea
9. Line with aluminium foil, no need to be tight wrapping
10. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes with foil
11. Remove foil and bake for another 2 minutes
12. Cool in tray, either open air or in the fridge

225g .................Cream Cheese - room temp
5 - 6 Tablespoon .....Icing Sugar - depending on your sweet preference
